An architect designs what gets built. They do not lay bricks. For 5 days, you are the architect of your own software. AI does the building. You leave with a real, working app on a server you own.

01 · What is Architect?

An architect designs. A builder builds. You become the architect.

When you build a house, the architect does not lay bricks. They design what gets built. They decide the layout, the materials, the doors, the windows. The construction team builds it to that spec.

Software works the same way. The architect designs what the software does and how it works. Someone (or something) writes the code that makes it real. For 5 days, you are the architect of your own app. AI is your construction team. You do not need to know how to code. You need to know what you want to build.

YOU

The architect

Sketch the idea. Decide who uses the app, what it does, how it looks, what data lives inside it.

YOU SAY WHAT GETS BUILT.

AI

The builder

Writes every line of code. Sets up the server. Configures the database. Builds the login screen.

AI DOES THE BUILDING.

OUT

The result

A real working app, on a cloud server you own, that you can show your team, your customers, or your investors on Friday.

YOU SHIP A REAL PRODUCT.

This is the new way of building software.
The old way: hire a developer for 6 weeks at 20k plus KWD. The new way: be the architect, let AI do the coding, ship in 5 days. Same result. Different role for you.
02 · What you can build in 5 days

Three example scenarios. Bring your own with approval.

Five days is a real constraint. These three scenarios are sized to finish, ship, and demo by Friday. You can adapt one of them to your business, or propose a custom scope when you register.

Have a different idea? Send Layth a paragraph through Express interest. He will tell you whether it fits the 5 day window before you register. The honest answer is sometimes "split it into two cohorts" or "this is bigger than Architect."
03 · How the week works

04 · What you leave with

A live product. Yours.

Not a tutorial completion. Not a sandbox demo. A real web application running on a cloud server you own, under a domain you control, with a real codebase you can keep building on.

A

A live web app

Production grade. On your own cloud server. Your own domain. SSL. The kind of system a real business would deploy.

B

A real codebase

Yours on your own version control. Move it. Change it. Ship the next idea. Nothing locked to us.

C

A skill that compounds

The architect role transfers. Every future project you build will be faster than the last.

06 · The risk reversal

Live app by end of Day 1. Or 50 percent back.

By 6pm on Day 1, your app skeleton is on the internet at a URL you control, with valid SSL. If it is not, we refund 50 percent of your fee on the spot. No forms. No back and forth.

The code is on your version control. The server is in your account. You can migrate to any provider after the workshop. Nothing is locked to us.

07 · Who attends

Built for non technical people who want to build.

You do not need a computer science background. You do not need to have written code. You need to know what you want to build and you need to read English comfortably.

F

Founders

You have the idea. The freelance dev quote was 20k plus KWD. You want to ship the MVP yourself.

SME

SME Owners

You need a custom internal tool. Off the shelf SaaS does not fit. Google Sheets stopped scaling months ago.

M

Managers

You have been asked to "look into a tool for X." You want to walk in with a working prototype, not a deck.

Founding Cohort · Limited seats
