The questions we hear most.
If your question is not answered here, email admin@everywarepro.com.
A · Understanding the workshop (start here)
What does "Architect" mean here? I am not a software architect.
Exactly. The architect is the person who decides what gets built. The architect of a building does not lay bricks. They design what the construction crew builds. For 5 days, you are the architect of your own software. AI is the construction crew. The word "Architect" describes your role in the workshop, not a job title you need to have.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The whole point is that you do not. You read documentation in English, you describe what you want, AI writes the code. You verify the result.
I have never built software before. Will I be lost?
No, if you can describe what your business does and what you want a new tool to do. We start Day 1 with shaping your idea. By the end of Day 1 you have a working skeleton on the internet.
What is the minimum English level required?
Comfortable reading. You do not need to write English well. AI responses, documentation, and prompts are all in English.
I have done some no code / low code work. Will I be bored?
No. Different layer. Those platforms lock you into their stack. Architect ships a real codebase on your own server, the kind a real business deploys.
I am a working developer. Should I attend?
Probably not. Architect is for non technical operators. If you write code daily, your time is better spent elsewhere.
Can my teenager attend?
Architect is for adults. Minimum age 18. For under 18, we run separate sessions on demand. Contact us.
I am based in Saudi Arabia. Can I attend the Kuwait cohort?
Yes. Many participants travel in for the week. We can recommend hotels near the venue.
B · Scope and what you can build
What can I realistically ship in 5 days?
An internal tool or MVP-scope web app with authentication, a relational database, the core features for one user journey, a dashboard, and an external integration. See the three example scenarios on the Architect page.
My idea feels bigger than 5 days. Can I still do this?
Maybe. Send Layth a paragraph via Express Interest. He will tell you honestly whether to scope it down, split it across two cohorts, or look at a different program.
Can I bring my own project idea?
Yes, with instructor approval before Day 1. Default options are Asset Tracker, Request Portal, or CRM.
What is explicitly NOT built in 5 days?
Native mobile apps, real time chat/video, payment processing flows, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, AI model training. We can show you how to add these after the workshop.
C · Logistics
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, your focus, and a habit of reading English.
What if my laptop is old?
Any modern laptop from the last 5 years works. Mac or Windows.
Do I need to install software before Day 1?
Two small things: an SSH client (we send a link) and a free version control account. That is it.
Where is the venue?
Kuwait City. Exact address sent on registration. Near multiple lunch options.
Is parking provided?
Free parking at the venue. Public transport accessible.
What are the hours?
9am to 5pm each day. Coffee, water, light pastries provided. Lunch on you (venue is near multiple options).
Will there be follow up sessions?
Three optional group calls at T+7, T+14, and T+21 days post workshop.
D · Data, privacy, and business use
Can I use real customer or patient data?
No. For the workshop, use synthetic or sample data only. Real customer or patient data should never be entered into AI prompts, the cloud server, or any shared environment during the cohort. We provide sample data sets if you do not have synthetic data prepared.
Who can see my app during the workshop?
Only you and the instructor. Your cloud server is on your own account. Peer testing on Day 4 is opt in. Your code never leaves your version control account.
Are my AI prompts stored or shared?
Your prompts run through your AI agent seat. The AI vendor's privacy terms apply. We do not log, store, or review your prompts at codo;code.
Do you sign an NDA before the workshop?
Yes, on request before registration. Email admin@everywarepro.com with your NDA template or ask for ours.
Who owns the AI agent seat and cloud server credentials?
They are issued to you for the cohort month. You own everything created with them. After Day 35 you migrate the server to your own provider or extend at your choice.
What about compliance (data sovereignty, GDPR-equivalent)?
The cloud server provider and AI agent vendor both meet international standards. For specific regulated industries (healthcare, financial services), discuss data handling with Layth before registration. Some industries require additional controls outside the scope of the public workshop.
E · What you keep after
Who owns the code I build?
You. Full stop. On your version control account, under your domain, on your server. We have no claim.
What about the cloud server after Day 35?
About 5 USD per month from your chosen provider. Or migrate anywhere you like.
Who maintains the app after the workshop?
You do, with the AI agent. We show you the maintenance workflow during Day 5. For ongoing managed support, EveryWarePro offers a separate retainer.
Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?
Yes. We provide a LinkedIn shareable version on Day 5.
F · Certification
What is the AI architect certification mentioned?
An industry recognized exam from a major AI vendor. Architect prepares you to sit it. We include a 4 week study plan and a Day 5 practice walkthrough. The exam fee is paid directly to the certifying vendor.
Do I have to take the exam?
No. It is a featured bonus, not a requirement.
G · Money
When does pricing publish?
When it locks with our codocode partner. Express interest to get first notice the day it goes live.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes. We send company billing details and a sample invoice to your finance contact on request.
Is there a payment plan?
Not for the pilot. Write to us if the upfront fee is a hard blocker.
Will the price stay the same for Cohort 2?
No. Cohort 2 starts at the Standard price for every seat. The Founding bonus does not return.
Still curious?
Send Layth a paragraph about what you want to build. He will tell you honestly if Architect is the right fit.
